Holyman Gardens is a full service landscaping business, meaning we will be with you from the first chat about design to when the last barrow of mulch goes into the garden!

We also offer a garden maintenance service to recently completed landscapes to ensure the vision is brought to life exactly as intended and continues to thrive long after completion.

We cater to residential gardens of all sizes, softscapes and hardscapes. Our team are professional, friendly and efficient.

DESIGN

INITIAL CONSULTATION

A design consultation is often the first point of contact for a landscape job. Consultations run for approx 1.5hrs where we discuss your lifestyle, garden preferences and budget to gather adequate information to develop your ideal garden. The cost for a consultation starts at $200 and can vary depending on the location of your property.

Following the initial consultation, a fee proposal for design work will be produced.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Development of a detailed concept landscape design is the next phase. Our concept designs include mood boards, detailed annotated plans created at a suitable scale, material lists, set out plans, plant palettes/plans, elevations and supporting drawings.

Our concept designs can be used by our landscaping team to build your landscape or alternatively you may want to proceed with landscaping contractors of your choice.

QUOTING

If you would like to continue to proceed with Hoylman Gardens and have us build your dream garden we provide detailed, itemized quotes once the concept design is approved. We work with our clients closely to ensure they understand and are comfortable with the quote to ensure the project continues to progress smoothly.

Oversight - Once your project proceeds into the construction stage, our landscape designer Madeleine is a regular presence onsite and is involved in design decisions and plant placement. This ensures the vision of the design is executed accurately through the build.

DECKING
